With her first release since her chart-topping debut EP 'Cabin Fever', Tia comes out swinging with a more polished flair, updating her vintage vibe from flats to heels. The 10 tracks examine affairs of the heart from a roller coaster's front car view, neatly packaged and bowed with Brazda's sassy and sultry vocals over top a mix of swing jazz with hints of blues and rockabilly. The album debuted at #1 on the iTunes Jazz Chart in Canada and was ranked the #5 best Canadian jazz release of 2015 by Jazz FM 91 in Toronto. It also hit #24 on the CMJ national jazz radio chart in the U.S. after being added to over 35 stations nationwide.

Tia has toured the world, performing at the 2017 Montreux Jazz Festival, San Jose Jazz Summer Fest (rated Best of the Fest), Lancaster Music Festival (UK). She also played the main stage at the 2016 Festival International de Jazz de Montreal as well was featured on the program of the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival.

This one is just "almost too perfect!" amongst the genre representing albums. I sincerely recommend to anyone wishing to start exploring Electro Swing to get it into their record collection even if some will decide that it's "not them cup of tea" later.
